We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Should there be any reason for a delay in this service, our Customer Care team will be in touch and keep you updated on the progress of your order.
For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL/FedEx, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes up to 5-7 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes upto 10-14 days for delivery & Air Mail takes up to 15-25 days for delivery.
For shipping to destinations within India, we work with Blue Dart, DTDC and First Flight couriers.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with any product you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, just follow our simple return policy to get a refund or exchange.
We will gladly refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
To avoid disappointment when buying a new tea we recommend trying the tea first. We sell sample sizes in each tea.
Return Policy
To return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply indicate the reason for your return on your invoice, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery postal or shipping service. If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
